You will be the first point of contact for all incoming requests to our International Outreach program. This means you'll get to connect with fascinating people from around the world, learning about their goals and challenges, and using your excellent project management skills to turn their ideas into reality.

You'll work closely with our Head of Ecosystem Initiatives and Partnerships (EIP), supporting them across the business while also taking the lead on managing visits, developing proposals, and maintaining our records. It's a varied and rewarding role that will stretch your abilities - one day you could be organizing a high-level meeting, the next day scoping a new training project.

If you’re passionate about supporting innovation and enjoy wearing many hats, this role will give you both the responsibility and the room to make a tangible difference in the global academic and innovation ecosystem.

What we're looking for:

You’re confident talking to key stakeholders from Universities to Governments
You have demonstrable administration experience, strong analytical skills and show strategic thinking
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are a pro at conveying complex concepts in a way that is easy to understand
You have a solution-focused mindset and see every challenge as an opportunity to find a creative solution
You are comfortable multi-tasking and can maintain a focus on the bigger picture
You are an agile worker who enjoys being part of a small team, talking on responsibility for multiple aspects of projects

Nice to have:

You’re an AI champion and love using it to improve efficiency across the team
You’re sociable and love talking to people and connecting them to what we do
You’re familiar with the University of Cambridge and/or Cambridge ecosystem
